You counsel students and families about CL programmes, and earn a commission on every enrollment. No office, no capital, no fixed hours.
Neither — and both. You're not an employee (no salary, no fixed hours). You're also not starting from scratch. Think of it as running your own education counselling practice — fully backed by a 30-year-old brand with 200+ centres.
Absolutely not. WEERA is designed to fit around your life. Most WEERAs counsel students in their free time — evenings, weekends. The minimum commitment is entirely yours to define.
(1) Backed by Career Launcher — a 30-year NSE-listed brand, not a startup. (2) You earn on real student enrollments, not "points." (3) You get proper certification — a professional credential. No upfront product to sell, no pyramid structure. No joining fee.
Starter (1–5 enrollments/month): ₹3,000–8,000. Gold (15–30 enrollments): ₹20,000–40,000/month. Platinum with team: ₹40,000+. Commission scales from 5% to 10% depending on your tier. Use the earnings calculator to model your specific scenario.

Commissions are credited monthly to your bank account through the WEERA portal. You can track every referral, enrollment, and payment in real-time on your dashboard.
14 sessions of 90 minutes each — online, offline, or blended. Covers CL's programme portfolio, student counselling skills, objection handling, digital outreach tools, and the WEERA portal. Certification on completion.
Most WEERAs complete onboarding in 7–10 days. First commission typically within 30 days, depending on how quickly you activate your network.
At least an undergraduate degree. What matters more: genuine interest in education, a strong interpersonal network, and the willingness to have real conversations with families about their children's futures.
